A fourth-floor, street-facing apartment in an exposed-brick building with wrought-iron balconies, the kind you find along Calle Goya. Inside, everything is white: walls, ceilings, curtains and a very pale oak floor that melts into them. Behind it, a 150 cm bed dressed in natural linen, a built-in wardrobe and a window onto the street. It is the piece that makes a one-bedroom apartment feel far larger than it is.
Calle Goya is the commercial spine of the Salamanca district: shops, cafés, Goya metro station at the door and the Retiro a ten-minute walk away. The building, in exposed brick with wrought-iron balconies, has a lift and a refurbished entrance hall.
