Aura Home grew out of a simple conviction: a home is better understood when it is told than when it is listed. Behind the project is Francisca Olmedo Barroso, an estate agent with years of experience in the Madrid residential market and a way of working that comes down to a few words: few homes, beautifully presented, and a personal relationship with every client.

There is no sales team, no acquisition targets, no rush. There is one person who knows every home she shows, who knows why she recommends it, and who is at the other end of the phone before, during and after the sale.

How we work

Selection, story and context

Every home we represent receives the same treatment: a long visit to understand it, professional photography, a text written by hand that tells what makes it special, and an honest analysis of its neighbourhood and of its price against the area.

The result is not a listing. It is a feature. And that changes who reads it, how they read it and what they decide next.
