The purpose of the website is to present a selection of properties for sale or to rent and to make it easier to contact Aura Home. The information on each property (floor area, layout, price, features) is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual offer; it may contain errors or omissions and is subject to change without prior notice. The final terms will be set out in the relevant contractual document.
Access to the website is open and free of charge. Users undertake to make appropriate use of its content and not to use it for unlawful activities, nor to damage, disable or overload the website or prevent its normal use. Aura Home reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the website without prior notice.
Aura Home does not guarantee that access to the website will be free of interruptions or errors, and accepts no liability for damage arising from its use, from information published by third parties or from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements, although it takes reasonable measures to prevent them. The website contains links to third-party sites (for example, WhatsApp) over whose content Aura Home exercises no control whatsoever.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer protection legislation provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR, known in Spain as RGPD) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of the personal data you provide to us.
The data you provide to us through the contact form, by email, by telephone or on WhatsApp: name, email address, telephone number, area of interest, budget and the content of your message. When the form is submitted, the date, time and IP address from which it is sent are also recorded, as a security measure and so that the submission can be evidenced. If you instruct us to sell or let a property, we will also process the data required to handle the instruction (details of the property, proof of ownership and the data required under anti-money laundering legislation).
We do not carry out profiling or make automated decisions using your data.
Contact details are kept for as long as the relationship lasts or until you request their erasure; thereafter, they are blocked for the applicable statutory limitation periods (as a general rule, five years; ten years in relation to anti-money laundering legislation, where applicable).
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law or where necessary to provide you with the service (for example, to the owner of the property you wish to view, to the notary or to the competent authorities). We use providers that process data on our behalf as data processors, with the safeguards set out in Art. 28 GDPR: Hostalia (Acens Technologies, S.L.U.), which hosts the website and the contacto@aurahome.info mailbox on servers located in Spain, and, if you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. Messages from the form are sent from our server to our mailbox and to your address; they are not stored in any database on the website. Should any provider be located outside the European Economic Area, transfers would be covered by standard contractual clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@aurahome.info or to the postal address given, enclosing a copy of your identity document. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS, with automatic redirection from HTTP), and the form includes an invisible anti-spam filter that requires neither cookies nor third-party services.
The design of the website, the Aura Home logo, the texts of the features and the photographs and videos of the properties are owned by Aura Home or are used with the authorisation of their owners. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except for personal and private use. Third-party trade marks and logos appearing on the website belong to their respective owners.
